1981 Everett console, pecan. Excellent condition! - Upright - Console Pianos

This Everett console piano is in EXCELLENT condition inside and out. If we didn't tell what year it was made, you would likely guess it was only 5 or 10 years old.

Built in the Yamaha's Michigan piano factory in 1981, this pecan console is designed and built with longevity in mind. From the solid Sitka spruce soundboard, huge support posts, heavy reinforced hammers and thick hard rock maple pinblock....this piano is designed and made to last for generations. The cabinet is lumber core construction (hardwoods instead of MDF or plywood). Given its prime condition, it wouldn't be unrealistic for this piano to provide dependable service for another 80 to 100 years. It is as clean as you will find in a used piano. Seriously.

Now, for the touch and tone!! The action leans slightly to the heavy side, allowing you dig into the keys and be very expressive. If the action is too light, sometimes it is difficult to keep everything from sounding loud. This is a great balance of light/heavy. This piano's tone is big and powerful. Plenty of depth and a nice, rounded sound. Not thin or brittle. Our bet is you will L.O.V.E. this Everett piano!!

Come try it out.
