1977 Story and Clark console, pecan - Upright - Console Pianos

Made in the U.S.A.!! If that isn't enough reason to invest in this piano, keep reading.

"Beautiful Music"! Don't take our word for it, just look at the decal on the underside of the lid....if you don't get beautiful music out of this piano, then you must be hitting the wrong notes. :) Of course, you can say anything you want about a piano, but "the proof is in the pudding". You have to try out the food (pudding) to see if it is really tastes good. In other words, you need to sit down at the piano and tickle the ivories to see if it really does make beautiful music.

Now, down to nuts and bolts. This piano has heavy, reinforced hammers (which gives the piano power and nice tone). The soundboard is spruce (again, think nice tone). A thirteen-ply maple pinblock...more than adequate to keep those strings in tune! Lumber core construction, not sawdust and glue or chipboard. An instrument is composed of many parts. One quality part and the rest inferior parts still makes for a rather poor instrument. If you combine many quality parts within the same piano, you should end up with an overall nice instrument.....that makes Beautiful Music.

Come taste the pudding. Yum!
