THE YAMAHA P22. That is about all you need to know.
I thought about ending the story at the end of the first line, because many folks are familiar with Yamaha and, specifically, the P22 model studio piano; however, for those of you who might not yet be acquainted with the P22, I will expound a bit.
Yamaha's P22 studio piano is designed for heavy use in school classrooms, churches, teaching studios, etc. They are well-respected in the industry for being both fantastic instruments, as well as sturdy. They are manufactured NOT to be pretty and frilly, but rather to be rugged and functional. There is no music rack to break off. There are no skinny front legs to snap off. There are braces on the legs for additional support and double rubber casters on all four corners, so this piano can be moved easily without fear of destroying the instrument. There are locks on both the fallboard (key cover) and the top lid to protect the piano from vandals and/or unruly individuals. Note, we did not say "children"....some adults are worse than kids. ;) Anyway, you get the point.
This piano was built here in the U.S. in Thomaston, Georgia in 1996. It looks as good as the day it left the factory. Most people would think it is brand new. So, here you have a rock solid instrument that will serve you for decades. For generations. Whether you move frequently and need a rough and tough piano that will stand up to those moves...or you need a piano for school choir rehearsals 6 to 8 hours a day....this piano is ready to make beautiful music and last a long, long time.
We've sold tons (literally) of the Yamaha P22 model and we get outstanding reviews on them. Both Kansas State University and Fort Riley are within a few minutes of us and people are frequently moving in and out of town at each of these places. We continually suggest studio pianos for folks who are "on the go".....and we get outstanding reviews on them...especially the Yamaha P22.
Visit our showroom and see why folks come from all over the country get their piano here. We are friendly...and so are our prices.
