The inside is spotless. Barely any wear on the hammers. The strings shine like new. The white felt on the mute rail hasn't yellowed. The tuning pins are tight and the action is smooth and plays "like butter".  The tone is full and vibrant, capable of filling a good-sized room. We polished the brass pedals, and this baby looks like new. Really.

Made here in the U.S.A. in 2004, you will find this instrument to be of a higher quality than many of the current pianos built in China and Indonesia.
