2004 Yamaha P22 studio piano, walnut

This Yamaha is a sweet one! 

Made in the USA in 2004, this walnut Yamaha P22 studio piano is in beautiful condition. We get plenty of light oak Yamaha studios in, but the walnut models are quite a bit harder to find. 

This piano came from the original owner who needed to move...and didn't have the room in their new place. It has seen good care throughout its young life and we're guessing you should easily expect another 50 to 80 years of music out of this instrument with a tiny bit of TLC.

Please check out the pics! The hammers, strings pins, action, soundboard and bridges are all in impeccable condition. The warm, walnut cabinet is extremely clean, too.

The Yamaha P22 is one of our favorites...and we've sold hundreds of them! Thanks to the sturdy construction of the piano (double rubber casters, braces on the legs, etc), they are super easy to move. Lots of schools use the P22. They may have need for 3 or 4 pianos, but only have budget for 1 or 2. They just shove them down the hall to the stage, over to the auditorium, back to the vocal room around the corner to the band room.....VOILA! This is a solid instrument, designed to hold up to plenty of use.

The combination of a large spruce soundboard and the heavy duty hammers give this piano a big, powerful tone, capable of filling a decent-sized room with good music! Both the top lid and the keycover lock on this model. There is a matching duet bench included.

This is a whole lot of piano for your money (even at a new retail price); however, you are paying a fraction of that when you shop at Mid-America Piano in Manhattan, KS. It is our goal to offer "like new" pianos for about half of what you'd pay for a brand new model. Better yet, this one was built in the USA! Currently, the new P22 model is manufactured in Indonesia. Still great pianos....but this one is better. ;)
