Built recently in 2002 right here in the good ol' USA, this Kawai UST7 studio piano stands 46"tall and has the soundboard area and string length to provide a big, well-rounded tone! If you prefer a bit warmer sound, this piano isn't quite as "crisp" as some other studio models. It has a very soothing and pleasant tone.
Another thing we think you'll like about this model is the slightly rounded top lid and key cover. Most studio pianos are rather square and "boxy". The Kawai UST7 has more gentle and refined lines, which tend to look a little less industrial. ;)
