This Charles R Walter console piano is in beautiful condition!! Standing 44" tall, it has lots of string length and soundboard area to produce a luscious, full sound. This solid instrument was built in the USA in 1999 in Elkhart, Indiana and has had loving care since new...you can tell this just by looking at it.
Please check out the pics. The warm oak cabinet has so much style! The cutout music rack features brass accents, the tapered and fluted legs are solid from top to bottom (not a cheap screw-on type), the Boston fallboard easily rolls out in one continuous motion, the lid and other parts of the cabinet have tasteful moulding as well. The original, sturdy duet bench is included, too.
Both inside and out, this piano is perfect. The spruce soundboard is free of any cracks. The keys are nice and white. The brass pedals shine like new. The hammers show only minimal wear....enough to indicate it has been played, but not abused.
