1925 Mahogany Steinway model M baby grand piano

Check out this mahogany Steinway model M baby grand! This piano was built when many of the best Steinways were manufactured....the 1920's; specifically, 1925. 

We are debating between having the piano totally restored or selling it "as is". Once it undergoes a full restoration, it will be in the upper-$20K range, putting it a bit out of many aspiring musicians' budgets.
