Built in 2004, the P22 is designed to hold up to heavy use. There are braces on the legs and double rubber casters on each corner, making it a cinch to move. Both the top lid and keycover can be locked to keep unwanted fingers from pounding on the keys. Given the height of the piano, there is ample soundboard surface area and string length to provide plenty of volume and a quality sound.
